If you’re in the Greater Toronto Area, you can book a free same-day pickup. Your items are collected and brought to our facilities, where they’re assessed—often the same day. After approval, you’ll get cash or earn Aeroplan points. More cities coming soon.

We’ll provide a free, trackable shipping label or QR code with Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. Pack your items and drop them off at a nearby shipping point. Your items will be assessed upon arrival. If there’s a condition mismatch, we’ll explain the update and present a revised value. If you don’t accept it, your items will be returned based on our return policy. Once finalized, you’ll get cash or earn Aeroplan points.
