We’ll send you a free, trackable shipping label or QR Code with a trusted national carrier like Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. Safely pack up your item and drop it off at your nearest shipping point. Every item gets inspected by an expert. If they reassess its condition and specs, we’ll explain their findings and offer a new price. If you don’t like the adjusted price, we’ll return your item according to our return policy Once the trade-in value is finalised, we’ll issue payment right away via e-transfer!

If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, you can schedule your free same-day pickup and we will handle the rest. More cities coming soon. Your devices are not inspected on site. After pickup, the devices are transported to our testing facilities, where they are usually inspected the same day. Payments are typically processed the same day after the devices are tested, and in some cases your payment may be upgraded to an on-site payment when available.
