We make it easy for you by coming to your location! Here's how our free pickup service works:

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility

  • Location Check: Ensure you are within our pickup zones, currently available in Toronto GTA and Montreal (expanding soon).

Step 2: Get Your Quote & Schedule Your Pickup

  • Same Day Pickup: Available for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm may be scheduled for the next day.

  • Next Day Pickup: Schedule your pickup for the following day.

  • Future Date Pickup: Choose a convenient future date for pickup.

Step 3: Coordinate Your Pickup

  • Once scheduled, our team will handle all the logistics. No need to worry about the details—we take care of everything!

Step 4: Pickup Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirming your pickup details, including the name of the driver who will visit your location.

Step 5: Testing and Payment

  • Device Testing: After pickup, devices are transported to our testing facilities, not tested at your location. We usually test the devices the same day they are picked up.

  • Payment: Payments are typically processed the same day the devices are tested.


Handling Device Condition Mismatches

We understand that sometimes the condition of a device may differ from your description. Here’s how we handle these situations:

  • Incorrect model information or damage: if the device's specifications (ex: storage capacity, screen size, model, etc) are incorrect or there is damage that lowers the value of the device, we will evaluate whether we can still purchase the device and at what price. We'll contact you to communicate the change in price and reason for it. You can decide whether to accept the new price or request a free return by Canada Post.

  • Fraud or deliberate misrepresentation: if we suspect that you deliberately and/or substantially misrepresented the model or condition of your device, we may refuse to purchase it. If this is the case, we will return the device to you at your expense. This is an exceedingly rare scenario - we know our customers are honest and make every good-faith effort to work through problems with you.

  • Locked or restricted Devices: if the device is password protected or iCloud locked, we'll contact you to remotely unlock the device. If you do not have the password or if the device is blacklisted, SIM locked or has any other kind of lock, we will not purchase the device. We will return the device to you at your expense. This is an important anti-theft and data protection measure.

When will I get paid?

  • Payments are processed after we test your device at our facility, usually on the same day as pickup.

Will my device be tested at my address?

  • No, your device will be picked up by a courier and tested at our facilities. Testing and payment typically happen on the same day.

  3. No Cost Return for Condition Mismatches: If the device’s condition doesn’t match your description, we’ll contact you with a new offer. You can accept the updated price or request a free return shipping label, with no cost to you.
